This KitchenAid stainless steel chimney range hood combines sleek style and modern functionality. The perimeter ventilation system efficiently pulls air from the edges of the hood up to a 600 CFM airflow and efficiently clears smoke and odours. Using the Whisper Quiet® system, the wall-mounted range merely produces 1.5 sones at slow speed, allowing you to leave it on even while eating. The electronic glass touch controls make it easy to select one of the 3 venting speeds. The auto-speed setting automatically adjusts the fan speed to protect the cabinets while the sleep mode turns off the fan after 10 minutes of inactivity. The range can easily be converted into an in-line blower installation for a more quiet installation or even into a non-ducted range using a recirculating kit including a charcoal filter (sold separately)
