This Whirlpool gas cooktop offers plenty of cooking space with a large 36-inch surface. Its continuous cast iron grates allow for convenient access to spills thanks to EZ-2-Lift hinges, so you can lift the grates without having to remove them. The grates can also go in the dishwasher for a thorough cleaning. The surface’s raised SpillGuard edges prevent liquids from spilling out of the cooktop and the 5 sealed burners prevent food from falling inside. The powerful 18,000-BTU FlexHeat burner is ideal for quick boiling, while the 5,000-BTU AccuSimmer burner comes with a power reduction function that provides precise control at low temperatures. This cooktop can be installed near a wall oven or as a standalone appliance.
